This is a great sounding build based on the “Normal” channel of a VOX AC-30. I’ve taken some ideas for tone control from Ken Fischer’s work and added a couple more things of my own design. The details of the build were well documented over on the Ampgarage forum – rj’s Pedal Mule

A very clean and full sounding amp that takes pedals incredibly well.

A great little combo amp in an awesome mahogany cabinet, this one turned out really nice.

It sounds as good as it looks
If you build one of these. you need to take that “Unverified Draft” indicator on the schematic seriously… it’s only been built once so far and hasn’t been through any independent verification that all is perfect and I didn’t do any updates after the fact.
